All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 2–5 days to update in the carrier’s system.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order so we can attempt to update the address.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
