15-Day Easy Returns

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We may ask for photos or videos to help resolve the problem quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

Products returned after the 15-day return window

Items without original packaging

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact our support team. We will guide you through the process.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
